Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of physigrow.co. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This is a marketing website for PhysiGrow, a marketing services partnership operated by Nick Archer and Ben Purssell. It describes services we offer to physical therapy and allied health clinic owners.

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract between us. Any engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Not professional advice

Content on this site is general commercial information. It is not medical, clinical, legal, accounting, tax, financial, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

References to advertising rules, state physical therapy board requirements, FTC guidance, HIPAA, or any other regulation are general commentary only. You are responsible for your own regulatory and professional obligations, and you should confirm them with your own counsel and licensing board.

Results, figures, and claims

Any results, case studies, revenue figures, cost-per-lead ranges, audience sizes, or timelines referenced on this site describe the experience of specific businesses, or are illustrative planning models. They are not a guarantee, promise, or projection of what any other clinic will achieve.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors largely outside our control, including your market and service area, competition, your clinical capacity and reputation, your pricing and offer, your team, your ad spend, your willingness to appear on camera, and how quickly your clinic follows up with the inquiries generated. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, patients, or revenue on this website. Any guarantee we do offer is set out in, and limited to, the terms of a signed services agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, design, graphics, logos, the PhysiGrow name, the "Warm Market Funnel" and "Hugo" designations, The Ad Stack ad scripts, and the video materials — is owned by PhysiGrow or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may use the ad scripts and guides we make available in your own clinic's marketing. You may not resell them, republish them as your own, or use our content to build or market a competing service without written permission.

Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or any connected system, interfere with its operation, scrape it at volume, or submit false information through our forms.

Third-party links and services

This site embeds and links to third-party services including HighLevel, Meta, and Vidalytics. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Availability

We provide this site "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular information on it is current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PhysiGrow and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything in it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date at the top reflects the last change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Note for PhysiGrow: these terms are a solid, honest starting point drafted around the specific claim-and-guarantee risk on this site. They are not legal advice and are not a substitute for a lawyer. Get them reviewed — especially the results-disclaimer and limitation-of-liability sections, and the governing-law clause once your legal entity is registered. Your client services agreement is a separate document and this does not replace it. Delete this box before launch.
