Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information PhysiGrow ("we", "us") collects when you use physigrow.co, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.
Who we are
PhysiGrow is a marketing services partnership operated by Nick Archer and Ben Purssell, based at 15656 Thrift Ave, White Rock, British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete our application form, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, clinic name and location, and the business information you choose to share — revenue range, team size, marketing history, and the goals you describe.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or ad that referred you. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for, want, or knowingly accept protected health information about your patients. Please do not send us patient records, identifiable case details, or any PHI. If you send it to us inadvertently we will delete it.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your Diagnostic Audit and its written findings
- To contact you about your inquiry, by email, phone, or SMS
- To decide whether we are a fit to work together, including whether your market is available
- To provide our services if we go on to work together
- To measure which pages and ads work, and improve them
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations
If you become a client, we also use your information to build and operate the systems you have engaged us to build.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It records that a browser visited certain pages and reports that back to Meta, which allows us to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited the site. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you as a Facebook or Instagram user. You can control this through your Meta ad preferences and through browser-level tracking controls.
We also use HighLevel's website tracking script. It records page visits and form activity and links them to your contact record if you later submit a form, so we can see which pages and ads led to an inquiry. It does not read anything you have not chosen to give us.
We may also use standard web analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose, ever.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — our CRM, forms, scheduling, and messaging platform
- Meta Platforms — advertising delivery and measurement
- Vidalytics — video hosting and engagement analytics
- Email and calendar providers — correspondence and scheduling
- Our hosting provider — serving this website
We may also disclose information where legally required, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
SMS and email
If you give us your phone number, you consent to us contacting you by SMS about your inquiry and your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop transactional messages about a call you have already booked. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and application data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us — normally no more than 24 months from your last contact. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required afterwards for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, object to or restrict how we use it, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Residents of California, the EU/UK, and Canada have specific statutory rights in these areas.
To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Security
We use reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard protections, limit access to information to the two of us and our service providers, and do not retain payment card details. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
International transfers
We are based in Canada and our service providers are largely based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to anyone we hold contact details for.

Note for PhysiGrow: this policy is a well-structured starting point written to satisfy Meta's lead-ad requirements and standard disclosure practice. It is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a lawyer in your operating jurisdiction before you rely on it — particularly the CCPA, PIPEDA, GDPR, and TCPA/SMS-consent sections, and once your legal entity is registered. Delete this box before launch.
